The Barbershop

Our flagship series — where young men and older gentlemen bond and communicate in an open barbershop format.

Modeled after the community barbershop culture of the '80s and '90s, The Barbershop is where wisdom gets passed down, where hard truths get spoken, and where men show up as they are. Each session brings young men and community leaders together for open dialogue on the topics that matter — recent editions have covered community, guns, and public safety. Free haircuts are offered to the first young men who register, and every conversation is designed to empower the next generation of leaders who will change our communities.

Summer Camps & Banquets

Multi-day camps and celebration banquets held across Columbia, Johnsonville, and Charlotte.

DDG's summer camps immerse young men in the full 12-topic curriculum — character, etiquette, financial literacy, leadership, and more — capped by banquets that celebrate their growth with family and community. Camps run in Columbia and Johnsonville, SC and Charlotte, NC.

Scholarships

Over $10,000 awarded to young men pursuing their vision beyond high school.

DDG has awarded more than $10,000 in scholarships to date, investing directly in the futures of young men who exemplify character, legacy, and vision in their schools and communities.
